Il tentativo di colpo di stato del 15 luglio sta trascinando la Turchia in una condizione disastrosa per la classe operaia e gli strati popolari. Il programma dei promotori del golpe, la setta religiosa dei Gulenisti supportata dagli USA, è al servizio di interessi che mirano a schiacciare i lavoratori turchi così come ha fatto e continua a fare Erdogan. D’altra parte in 14 anni di governo l’AKP ha condotto la Turchia in questa situazione a forza di misure antipopolari, privatizzazioni e sistematica rimozione dei diritti conquistati dalla classe operaia. Proprio con la scusa del “consenso nazionale” dopo il golpe stanno arrivando nuove misure antipopolari come la privatizzazione del sistema pensionistico. Ora non c’è futuro per il popolo turco nella scelta tra queste forze in conflitto.

Per questi motivi vogliamo dichiarare la nostra piena solidarietà alla manifestazione del 4 settembre organizzata dal Partito Comunista di Turchia. La lotta per conquistare i 16 punti del manifesto programmatico di questa mobilitazione sono l’unica strada per evitare di vedere la Turchia sepolta nell’oscurantismo come vorrebbero le forze imperialiste. Siamo idealmente spalla a spalla con ciascun militante del KP impegnato in questo momento nella preparazione della manifestazione e vogliamo aggiungere anche la nostra voce per chiamare alla mobilitazione i lavoratori, gli studenti e i giovani degli stati popolari, intellettuali e sindacati.

Non c’è alternativa per la Turchia se non nella lotta contro il fondamentalismo e per strappare alle sette religiose il potere che oggi hanno acquisito indipendentemente dal fatto che appoggino Gulenisti o Erdogan, contro l’imperialismo e il potere capitalista, per l’uscita della Turchia dalla Nato e per il ritiro di tutte le forze Nato dalla Turchia con l’arsenale nucleare che hanno in dote, per la cessazione di ogni attività del governo turco a supporto delle forze jihadiste in Siria. Sosteniamo tutte le vostre rivendicazioni. La strada segnata dal KP è l’unica che risponde agli interessi del popolo turco.

Al fianco del KP e del popolo turco per la manifestazione del 4 settembre: “Non ci piegheremo a fondamentalismo, imperialismo e golpe militari.”

ALONGSIDE WITH THE TURKISH PEOPLE 

“We will not yield to fundamentalism, imperialism and military coup”

The attempt of the coup of July 15 is dragging Turkey into a disastrous condition for the working class and the popular strata. The program of the promoters of the putsch, the religious sect of gulenist supported by the US, is at the service of interests that aim to crush Turkish workers as Erdogan government has done and is continuing to do. In the 14 years of its government the AKP led Turkey in this situation with the succession of anti-people measures, privatization and systematic removal of the rights achieved by the working class struggles. After the putsch they are preparing new anti-popular measures, under the guise of the “national consensus”, such as the privatization of the pension system. Now there is no future for the turkish people in the choice between these two conflicting forces.

For these reasons we declare our full solidarity with the demonstration on September 4th organized by the Communist Party of Turkey. The struggle for achieving the 16 points of the programmatic manifesto of this mobilization is the only way to avoid seeing Turkey overwhelm by obscurantism as the imperialist forces would like to see. We are ideally “shoulders to shoulder” with every militant of KP engaged in this days in the preparation of the demostration and we also want to add our voice to call to the mobilization workers, students and the young people of the popular strata, intellectuals and trade unions.

Turkish people can do nothing but fight against fundamentalism to pull off the power that today the religious sect have acquired, indipendently if they support the gulenist or Erdogan. Against the imperialism and the capitalist power, for the exit of Turkey from NATO and the retreat of all NATO forces from Turkey with their nuclear weapons, for the stop of all activities of the turkish government to support the jihadist forces in Syria. We support all your claims. The road marked by KP is the only one that responds to the interests of the turkish people.
